1- HOW ARE ONLINE LESSONS DIFFERENT FROM SCHOOL LESSONS?

You will have a similar experience if you choose online English lessons for face-to-face classes.

Making the most of your lesson time, talking, and working.

Whether you are single 1-1 and we have established a more personalized approach, you are in a couple or part of a small group, you can be sure that this is the option for you.

2-HOW LONG DOES AN ONLINE CONVERSATIONAL LESSON OR CLASS LAST?

Personalized lessons and 1-1 conversation clubs are 25 minutes long enough to complement the day's curriculum and group classes and clubs of two or more people are scheduled for 40 minutes full time.

3-HOW WILL THE LANGUAGE BE TAUGHT AND WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT IN A LIVE ONLINE CLASS?

Our students learn most effectively in online classrooms that encourage genuine and meaningful communication, without as much grammar, without as much clutter.

Language teaching is successful through routine and repetition, it must be creative and communicative.

The online classroom will be an environment where everyone feels comfortable contributing their thoughts and ideas.

The mix of activities will include whole-class discussions, readings, quizzes, worksheets, and interactive resources always exploring all opportunities to share culture.

4-DOES THE PROGRAM OFFER ANY KIND OF OFFICIAL CERTIFICATION?

Our personalized online classes offer (for informational use only) an attendance record that includes an academic progress report and the number of hours of study in this program.

5- HOW MUCH TIME IS IT RECOMMENDED TO DEDICATE PER DAY OR WEEK TO THE STUDY OF THE LANGUAGE?

Most students can expect to develop moderate fluency in 6 months depending on various factors (personal motivation and application, number of lessons, etc).

If you need to learn English in a very short time, we recommend 5 days a week twice a day! With the personalized 1-1 intensive program.

It's only 1 hr per day! 5 days a week! You will finish in just 1 year!

We are committed to helping you achieve your language learning goals; so if you find yourself dismayed by your progress, we are here to offer support and advice.

We only ask that you be punctual, attend all your classes, and do your homework at the end of each day. And if it is not possible for you to attend the session, cancel in advance through the system, this way your class will be rescheduled and you will not miss it!

6-WHAT HAPPENS IF I ENTER A GROUP SESSION AND FEEL I HAVE BEEN PLACED AT THE WRONG LEVEL?

If you feel that the class you have been placed in is too easy or too difficult, please let your teacher know at the end of the first day and we will immediately determine which other level is more suitable for you. (Groups will be subject to student availability, the minimum to schedule a group class is two students).

7- CAN I USE A CELL PHONE FOR MY ONLINE LESSONS?

Yes, you can use a smartphone to join a live online lesson. However, the lesson experience is better when you use a desktop or laptop computer instead of a smartphone to access other tests and activities during the lesson.

8- WHAT KIND OF COMPUTER OR ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT WILL I NEED FOR THE ONLINE CLASSES?

You will need a desktop or laptop computer with a microphone, webcam, and Internet access. It is better if you can use headphones so that there is less background noise and we can hear each other much better.

9- DO I NEED TO CREATE A ZOOM ACCOUNT?

No, you do not need your own Zoom account. You can open the link and connect as a guest.

​

10- HOW WILL I GET THE LINKS TO THE ZOOM LESSONS?

Zoom lesson invitations are shared securely via email. To join the lesson, click on the link and you will join the class.

11- WHAT IS THE MINIMUM INTERNET SPEED FOR ZOOM ONLINE CLASSES?

The minimum recommended internet bandwidth for Zoom is 1.5 Mbps. If you're at home, ask your family not to stream videos and games while you take your lesson! :)

12- WHAT IF MY INTERNET CONNECTION DOES NOT WORK DURING THE LIVE ONLINE LESSON?

Do not worry. We know that Internet connections can be unreliable, and we understand that many people

trying to use the Internet at the same time.

Your teacher will have some practical suggestions to help you solve the problem while the lesson is being taught.

The teacher can also share the lesson material with you in Google Classroom so you don't miss the whole lesson.

13-DO I HAVE TO SET UP A GOOGLE CLASSROOM ACCOUNT?

Yes, you will be provided with a link to join a group or enter your own classroom, or from the Wix app itself, you can access materials and more.

14- WHAT ELSE DO I NEED FOR AN ONLINE CLASS?

Just find a quiet place to join your live online lessons and voila!

15- WHAT LEVEL OF ENGLISH DO I NEED TO ATTEND AN ONLINE COURSE?
